I am a passionate multi disciplinary story teller committed to building community through artistic expression and collaboration, while essentializing truth and the ways in which creativity can be used as a tool for liberation. I am a cultivator of safe spaces where people of all identities can converse, strategize, and implement action as a means to reimagine a more just world through the arts.

Musical composer, rapper, and actor for Immersive Audio Visual Exhibition
  • Created original work in response to a brief given centering Climate change
  • Collaborated with other artists to produce nine 2-minute videos that would be projected and turned into an immersive experience of sounds and visual media.

Wrote and outlined a 6 week comprehensive social justice curriculum for students from ages 12-18
  • Created an interactive curriculum that covered topics of gender politics, xenophobia, black liberation struggles, environmental racism, and holistic health, wellness, and sustainability
  • Lead a week long training with college mentors and walked them through the curriculum so they could then teach the students in the program
  • Created lesson plans that were both informative and engaging

Coordinated events, hosted poetry slams, and taught workshops at an international youth poetry competition.

Chicago Teen Lit Festival Creative Headliner (April 2017)
Lead Hip-Hip theater workshops to more than 300 teenagers and spoke on multiple panels discussing being a young working theater maker

Pretty Boy, Short Film (2022) 								
Produced, Directed and Starred in 30 minute short film. The film has been featured at the Hip-Hop Theater Fest in 2022 as well as the Various Artists Film Festival in 2022					 
RACE To the Finish, Full Length Play (2017-2021)						
Wrote and directed this Full Length Play which has been produced by the Pegasus Theater(2017), the Kennedy Center(2019), the Hip-Hop Theater Festival(2020), and Tisch School of the Arts Main Stage(2021) 
The Destroyers, Short Play(2019)  
This play adapted by Tanehisi Coates' Between the World and Me. that was featured in a short play festival featured at Tisch School of the Arts.

Featured Poet on the introduction of Grammy Award winner Wyclef Jean's 'Back to School Mixtape'.
