RACE To The Finish is Sejahari’s first original full length play, which has touched stages in Chicago, Washington DC, and New York City. The play began as a 1 act play submitted to the Pegasus Theater’s Young `Playwrights Festival, which won and was produced by a professional cast and director. He later developed this into a full length play which he then directed himself at the Chicago Hip-Hop Theater Festival, Kennedy Center’s Hip-Hop Theater Festival, and most recently NYU’s Tisch Mainstage. He has also written short plays such as Destroyers which was featured at a Short Play Festival at NYU.
